I stayed at a hotel in the heart of downtown and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The room I had was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location was ideal, with restaurants, shops, and famous attractions just a short walk away.

It was perfect right in the heart of everything. The location in the heart of the old city was fantastic. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was perfect. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was close to many attractions and in the heart of the city. We were also pleased that it was close to the metro, making it convenient for us to explore. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking.
The artificial scent throughout the entire building was a bit overwhelming and took some time to get used to.

I was delighted with my recent stay at My Story Hotel Augusta in the heart of Lisbon. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the old part of the city. It made exploring the charming streets, shopping, and taking in the culture so convenient. The hotel itself had a modern design and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the corner room with its lovely views of the bustling street below. The front desk staff were great, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and delicious treat of 'Pastel de nata' each day. I had a nice experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

Great central location, close to metro and major landmarks. Helpful staff who provided a map and useful tips. Comfortable and cozy room with excellent soundproofing, ideal for a good night's sleep. Easy airport shuttle service and delicious food at the shared restaurant. Good breakfast buffet with many options.
